What is Body Ball™?

Body Ball™ is a fun team sport that allows all players to succeed, regardless of gender or skill level. The 'Body Ball™' is a specially designed, easy-to-throw fabric ball with Velcro on it. Body Ball™ is a high energy game emphasizing cooperation, team play and is easy to manage and teach. 

The main objective of Body Ball™ is for a team of players to pass the ball up the court without it touching the ground and attaching it to a catcher wearing one of the specialized vests. The ball must be attached to the catcher's vest by throwing it from a distance . The catcher must NOT use his/her hands to attach the ball. If the ball sticks to the vest, that team is awarded a point.
